All Shipping Fee is Free! The Shipping Time is 5-7 Business Days! International shipping is handled by INTERNATIONAL EMS from China,within 1 week time delivery usually.
All items are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out shoes, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is 48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , You will get an email from us with tracking number so you may track your order.You can also track the shoes in the link "Order Tracking".
Return policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).
Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Ed Hardy Shop Online. We only refund up to the price of "standard ground" shipping.
